The Collaborative Assembly

The assembly is comprised of the CEOs, CMOs and Senior Quality Executives from each of the member institutions. In addition, other executives from member organizations may be invited to participate in Assembly deliberations as necessary to further the work of the Collaborative.

The Board of Directors

The WCHQ Board of Directors is comprised of the CEOs (or their designate) from each of the member organizations, plus two delegates representing the Business Partners. The Board establishes policies and directs the growth of the Collaborative. It is responsible for furthering the work of the Assembly and approving appropriate measures for use by Healthcare Reporting Entities to assess quality performance.

Workgroups

WCHQ has a number of workgroups responsible for providing the specific quality-related expertise, content and capabilities that will ensure the work of the Collaborative is properly carried out. The various workgroups are comprised of quality improvement staff, clinical staff, health information staff, information systems staff and and others as appointed by the member CEOs.

Business Partners

Our business partners represent the interests of the payer community and may include representatives from unions and business coalitions. They provide input and feedback regarding public reporting of healthcare quality performance and support WCHQ with both financial and in-kind contributions.
