2009 Wisconsin Quality & Safety ForumOctober 19-20, 2009 — Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) is co-sponsoring the 2009 Wisconsin Quality & Safety Forum. The 2009 Forum will showcase how Wisconsin healthcare organizations have improved quality of care and patient safety. Drawing from projects submitted by teams across the state, the 2009 Forum will feature the most compelling quality and safety initiatives. In past years, these documented successes have included developing organization-wide quality cultures, implementing specific programs to reduce errors through process enhancement, and adopting new techniques to identify areas for continued improvement. The 2009 Forum will be held on October 19-20, 2009 at the Wilderness Resort’s Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
