2009 Fall Learning Session

The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) co-sponsored a Fall Learning Session for primary care providers and quality improvement teams.
This learning session focused on aligning quality efforts in primary care settings.
Participants increased their skills in utilizing technology for measurement and quality
improvement, discussed strategies to improve patient engagement and self-
management, and explored new collaborative opportunities to enhance patient care
through networking and shared learning.
Other event sponsors included MetaStar, the Wisconsin Medical Society, and the Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association.
