2009 Wisconsin Quality & Safety ForumOctober 19-20, 2009 — Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) co-sponsored the 2009 Wisconsin Quality & Safety Forum. The 2009 Forum showcased how Wisconsin healthcare organizations have improved quality of care and patient safety. Drawing from projects submitted by teams across the state, the 2009 Forum featured 33 compelling quality and safety initiatives from 24 organizations. Forum sessions addressed key issues, such as reducing hospital readmissions, utilizing health information technology, improving immunization rates, and promoting health literacy. The 2009 Forum was held on October 19-20, 2009 at the Wilderness Resort's Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
