The patient experience measures reported here are generated from patient responses to surveys about their experience of care in an outpatient setting. The scores indicate the percentage of patients who reported the best possible experience with their care in each of the measurement areas. Patient experience is measured using the Clinician & Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG-CAHPS) surveys. WCHQ members use two different survey types that are represented on this website. A visit survey, which asks a patient about their care experience during their most recent visit, and a 12-month survey, which asks a patient about their care experience over the past twelve months. The survey results of these two survey types are not comparable, and are displayed on two different pages, which are linked to below.
