CABG Operative Mortality

Operative mortality includes both:
- All deaths occurring during the hospitalization in which the operation was performed, even if after 30 days and
- Deaths occurring after discharge from the hospital, but within 30 days of the procedure.
All data is risk adjusted and presented as a ratio of observed over expected results. Results to the left of the vertical line are better than expected. Results to the right of the line are worse than expected.
