NewsCindy Schlough Hired as Director of Member Services and Strategic PartnershipsWCHQ is pleased to announce that Ms. Cynthia Schlough has accepted the position of Director of Member Services and Strategic Partnerships. Cindy joins WCHQ from the Employer Health Care Alliance Cooperative (The Alliance), where she has most recently held the position of Manager of Strategic Connections. Cindy will be responsible for the following activities: first, as the title implies, one of the main focal points will be to develop and ensure timely communications with and between WCHQ member organizations—as well as reaching out to prospective members. Second, Cindy will provide leadership and direction to current grant responsibilities under the RWJ "Aligning Forces" initiative (which carries with it a defined set of expectations in the areas of performance measurement, quality improvement, and "consumer engagement"), as well as related opportunities in conjunction with RWJ's new "Regional Quality Strategy". And, finally, Cindy will play a lead role in building and enhancing WCHQ's relationship with our strategic partners such as WHA, WMS, WHIO, DHFS/ETF, and the business and consumer communities.
