Patient Experience

The patient experience measures reported here are generated from patient responses to surveys about their experience of care in an outpatient setting. The scores indicate the percentage of patients who reported the best possible experience with their care in each of the measurement areas. Patient experience is measured using the Clinician & Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG-CAHPS) surveys. The version of the survey used here asks the patient about the care they received in their most recent visit to their provider.

Rating the Provider
