SPONSORSHIP DETAILS

WCHQ Statewide Quality Improvement Event sponsorship opportunities include:

• Sponsor display table, available to our WCHQ partners for $1,000 each.
• Networking Breakfast Sponsorship, $1,500
• Lunch Sponsorship, $1,500

Display Tables
Each vendor space sponsorship will include:

• One (1) – 6’ table dressed in linens (no pipe and drape)
• Two (2) chairs
• Access to electricity
• Exhibiting space in the main conference room with direct access to attendees
  

You will be sent your exact booth placement, including map, as well as set-up and other details, prior to June 15, 2023.

All sponsorships include
Each vendor space sponsorship will include:

• Complementary Attendee Registration – Each vendor is allowed two (2) complimentary attendee registrations
  NOTE: You must register ALL individuals for attendance who will be representing your organization
  Overnight accommodations are not included in a sponsorship
• Complimentary attendee conference snacks, meals and beverages
• Exposure, access, and networking opportunities with WCHQ member representatives in attendance
• Company logo acknowledgement in program materials and signage the day of the event
• Verbal acknowledgement during the event’s welcome and closing remarks
• Recognition via WCHQ’s social media channels
• Post-conference attendee list

Additional attendees
Your organization is welcome to register additional attendees beyond the two complimentary registrations you receive. Please register and pay for their attendance by going to the event page here.
