• Engage and provide support to prospective and current WCHQ members
• Manage communication channels and marketing initiatives for WCHQ, such as press releases, website and newsletters
• Support WCHQ relationships with their corporate partners
• Identify potential new business opportunities for WCHQ

Director of Practice Transformation and Analytics

• Leads WCHQ’s statewide health disparities initiative
• Facilitates the Improvement Advisory Committee
• Provides analytics to support WCHQ members and projects
• Responsible for WCHQ’s analytics program and direction

Director of Performance Measurement and Analysis

• Oversees WCHQ’s data collection and reporting activities
• Manages WCHQ’s measurement portfolio
• Facilitates the Measurement Advisory Committee
• Works with a variety of partner organizations on analytic and research initiatives

Quality Improvement Specialist

• Works with member-driven project improvement teams to determine priorities, establish goals, identify and implement improvement strategies.
• Leads the Asthma, Antibiotic Stewardship, Lung Cancer Biomarker Screening, Maternal Morbidity & Mortality, Adolescent & Child Immunizations initiatives

Clinical Information Specialist

• Creates standard reports for WCHQ and its members
• Assists members by troubleshooting data-related issues
• Provides analytics to support WCHQ members and projects

Program Manager

• Leads the Obesity, Chronic Kidney Disease, Integrated Behavioral Health and Oral Health initiatives

Data and Information Manager

• Provide support for measurement related functions including data collection, validation and reporting
• Support WCHQ members with all data, measurement and reporting related activities
• Manages IT infrastructure and security for WCHQ

Data Analyst

• Provides support to projects that relate to healthcare performance measurement and analytics, quality improvement, health systems research and other shared initiatives
• Develops analyses, assists users of information at all levels with interpretive assistance.

Quality Improvement Specialist

• Works with member-driven project improvement teams to determine priorities, establish goals, identify and implement improvement strategies
• Leads the Chronic Disease, Disparities, Colorectal Cancer Screening and Behavioral Health Improvement Team initiatives
